Baked Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 4 oz Cheddar Cheese, divided 
  • 1/4 cup Scallions, chopped 
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced 
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, grated 
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine half of the cheddar cheese and remaining ingredients except the crab meat together.
  3. Once the filling is fully combined, gently fold in the crab meat still leaving it in some large lumps. 
  4. Transfer mixture to an oven proof dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes then turn the oven to broil until the top is bubbly and golden. 
  6. Serve with toasted french baguette slices, crackers or tortilla chips.
