Cajun Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients
Shrimp Sauce
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 TB Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Dijon
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
Shrimp
- 1 pound Large Shrimp, peeled , deveined, tails kept on
- 1 TB Cajun Seasoning
- Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Whisk together shrimp sauce ingredients.
- Toss the shrimp is the cajun spices and season with kosher salt.
- Heat a pan with some oil to medium heat and sear the shrimp on both sides until cooked through. Depending on how big the shrimp are will depend on cooking time, but it should take about a couple minutes per side.
- Let the shrimp come to room temperature and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Serve chilled with the sauce.
