Ingredients

Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 TB Mirin
  • 1 TB Corn Starch, dissolved in 1 TB of water
Crispy Beef
  • 1 pound Flank Steak, cut into thin strips

  • 4 cups Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. To make the teriyaki sauce, combine all ingredients in a medium pot.
  2. Whisk together over medium-high heat until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce has thickened.
  3. For the beef, heat the oil in a large pot to 350F.
  4. Toss the beef in the cornstarch so the strips are evenly coated.
