Ingredients
Sauce
- 3 TB Chili Oil
- 3 TB Chinese Sesame Paste
- 3 TB Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 TB Black Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
Pork and Remaining Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Ground Pork
- 1 cup Scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cups Roasted Peanuts, roughly chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/2 inch knob Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Granulated Sugar
- 2 TB Soy Sauce
- 1 TB Shaoxing Wine
- 1 Pound White Noodles
- Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Whisk together sauce ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
- For the pork, combine garlic, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, and Shaoxing wine.
- Heat a pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of vegetable oil and add in the pork.
- Sear the pork on all sides, breaking it up, and add in the peanuts.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and half of the scallions and toss everything together until the pork is cooked through.
- Boil noodles according to package instructions.
- Strain noodles and place directly in the bowl with the sauce.
- Toss the noodles with the sauce and top with the pork.
- Serve with extra scallions.
