  • 3 TB Chili Oil
  • 3 TB Chinese Sesame Paste
  • 3 TB Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 TB Black Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
Pork and Remaining Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Scallions, chopped
  • 1/4 cups Roasted Peanuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 inch knob Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • 2 TB Soy Sauce
  • 1 TB Shaoxing Wine
  • 1 Pound White Noodles
  • Vegetable Oil


  1. Whisk together sauce ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. For the pork, combine garlic, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, and Shaoxing wine.
  3. Heat a pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of vegetable oil and add in the pork.
  4. Sear the pork on all sides, breaking it up, and add in the peanuts.
  5. Pour in the sauce mixture and half of the scallions and toss everything together until the pork is cooked through.
  6. Boil noodles according to package instructions.
  7. Strain noodles and place directly in the bowl with the sauce.
  8. Toss the noodles with the sauce and top with the pork.
  9. Serve with extra scallions.
