Greek Yogurt Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
  • 1/8 cup Fresh Chives, chopped
  • 1/8 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 7oz Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp Dijon
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
Wedge Salad
  • 1/2 Avocado, diced
  • 1/2 Cucumber, diced
  • 8oz Bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 2 Iceberg Wedges
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning


  1. Whisk together ranch dressing ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Pour dressing over lettuce and top with avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, bacon and everything bagel seasoning.
