Ingredients
Greek Yogurt Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- 1/8 cup Fresh Chives, chopped
- 1/8 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 7oz Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp Dijon
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
Wedge Salad
- 1/2 Avocado, diced
- 1/2 Cucumber, diced
- 8oz Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 2 Iceberg Wedges
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
- Whisk together ranch dressing ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour dressing over lettuce and top with avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, bacon and everything bagel seasoning.
