Herb Roasted Chicken Legs

Ingredients
- 3 TB Fresh Mixed Herbs, chopped (Parsley, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Oregano - any mix you want)
- 1 Lemon, zested
- 2 Garlic Cloves, grated
- 1/2 tsp ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 4 Chicken Legs Quarters
- Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Season chicken legs all over with kosher salt.
- Combine herbs, zest, paprika, pepper, garlic, and olive oil.
- Coat chicken legs in herb mixture and lay on tin foil lined baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 45 minutes.
