Herb Roasted Chicken Legs

  • 3 TB Fresh Mixed Herbs, chopped (Parsley, Thyme, Rosemary, Sage, Oregano - any mix you want)
  • 1 Lemon, zested
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, grated
  • 1/2 tsp ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 Chicken Legs Quarters
  • Kosher Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Season chicken legs all over with kosher salt.
  3. Combine herbs, zest, paprika, pepper, garlic, and olive oil.
  4. Coat chicken legs in herb mixture and lay on tin foil lined baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes.
