Miso Pork Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds Ground Pork
- 5 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 TB White Miso Paste
- 2 TB Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 TB Rice Vinegar
- 1 cup Scallions, chopped
- Leafy Lettuce, for wraps
- Sliced Fresno Chilis and Chopped Cucumber, to garnish
- Avocado Oil
- Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar,
- In a large pan on medium heat, drizzle in some avocado oil and add in the garlic.
- Once the garlic just starts to turn lightly golden, remove from the pan and set aside.
- Turn heat to high, and spread pork out in the pan. Leave the pork alone to brown, then flip to brown on the other side, then start breaking it up.
- Once the pork is broken up, add the garlic back in along with the sauce and scallions.
- Toss everything together and until the pork is cooked through and season with a pinch of salt if needed.
- Serve with lettuce, chilis and chopped cucumber.
