PB&J Smoothie Bowl

A smoothie bowl with PB&J flavors topped with fresh fruit, toasted nuts and crunchy seeds make this the most refreshing breakfast, snack or even dessert.

PB&J Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Cherries
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 2 Bananas
  • 3 TB Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Acai Packets (I use Sambazon brand)
  • 1/2 cup Milk (any kind will work)
  • Fresh Fruit, Nuts, and Seeds for toppings 

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. 
  2. You want this to be a thicker consistency than a normal smoothie, so use the blender plunger to help blend ingredients rather than adding in more milk. 
  3. Top with favorite fresh fruit, nuts and seeds.
