Peanut Sesame Ramen Noodles

This is such a quick and simple noodle dish that is a little too addicting.

Peanut Sesame Ramen Noodles

This dish can be enjoyed either chilled or warm.

Ingredients

  • 2 Packets of Fresh Ramen Noodles (any other Asian style noodle will work if you can't find ramen noodles)
  • 1/2 cup Scallions, chopped
  • 3 TB Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, minced
  • 4 TB Soy Sauce
  • 1 TB Sesame Oil
  • 1 TB Rice Vinegar
  • 1 TB Chili sauce (optional)
  • Sesame Seeds and Crushed Peanuts to Garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil ramen noodles to package's instructions.
  2. Rinse noodles under cold water. (this removes the cornstarch they are usually packaged with)
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Toss noodles with the sauce.
  5. Top with sesame needs and peanuts.

Notes:

To make this a warm dish, add rinsed noodles to a pan on medium heat with some oil.Pour in combined sauce and toss with noodles.
