Pork, Peanut, & Scallion Stir Fry

Pork, Peanut, & Scallion Stir Fry

  • 1 pound Ground Pork
  • 2 cup Scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts, roughly chopped
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, grated
  • 1 inch knob Ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • 4 TB Soy Sauce
  • 2 TB Shaoxing Wine
  • Vegetable Oil


  1. Combine garlic, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, and Shaoxing wine.
  2. Heat a pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of vegetable oil and add in the pork.
  3. Sear the pork on all sides, breaking it up, and add in the peanuts.
  4. Pour in the sauce mixture and scallions and toss everything together until the pork is cooked through.
