Salmon BLT Boats

Salmon BLT Boats

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Grainy Mustard
  • 2 TB Chives, chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon, zested and juice
  • 16 oz Salmon, cut into large cubes
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Avocado Oil
Remaining Ingredients
  • Large Romaine Leaves
  • Bacon, chopped
  • Avocado, diced
  • Tomato, diced


  1. Whisk sauce ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan to medium high heat with some avocado oil.
  3. Combine spices for the salmon and toss with the salmon cubes.
  4. Sear salmon on all sides until cooked to your desired doneness, about 4 minutes total.
  5. To assemble, fill romaine boats with salmon, avocado, tomato, bacon and drizzle over the sauce.
