Tuna Carpaccio

  • 1/4 cup, Yellow Onion, very thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Sashimi Grade Tuna - thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 Jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 2 TB Scallions, chopped
  • 2 TB Soy Sauce
  • 1 TB Rice Vinegar
  • 1 TB Ponzu Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Granulated Sugar


  1. Whisk together scallions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ponzu sauce, sesame oil and granulated sugar.
  2. Plate onions down first, top with a layer of tuna, then the avocado and jalapeño.
  3. Pour over sauce and serve.
