Tuna Carpaccio

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup, Yellow Onion, very thinly sliced
- 4 oz Sashimi Grade Tuna - thinly sliced
- 1/2 Avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 Jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 2 TB Scallions, chopped
- 2 TB Soy Sauce
- 1 TB Rice Vinegar
- 1 TB Ponzu Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/4 tsp Granulated Sugar
Instructions
- Whisk together scallions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ponzu sauce, sesame oil and granulated sugar.
- Plate onions down first, top with a layer of tuna, then the avocado and jalapeño.
- Pour over sauce and serve.
