Caesar Salad with Greek Yogurt Dressing

A slight twist on the classic Caesar salad, with some fresh and crunchy mix-ins, and an egg-free dressing.

Caesar Salad with Greek Yogurt Dressing

Caesar Dressing
  • 7 oz Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
  • 2 Lemons, juiced
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Anchovy Paste
  • 1/2 TB Dijon
  • 1/2 TB Worcestershire
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup Radish, sliced
  • 6 cups Romaine, chopped
  • 2 cups Sourdough Croutons, smashed into large breadcrumbs
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper


Caesar Dressing
  1. Whisk together ingredients.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  1. Toss all ingredients together with dressing.
  2. Season salad with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Finish with grated parmesan.
