Ingredients
Caesar Dressing
- 7 oz Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
- 2 Lemons, juiced
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp Anchovy Paste
- 1/2 TB Dijon
- 1/2 TB Worcestershire
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
Salad
- 1 cup Cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup Radish, sliced
- 6 cups Romaine, chopped
- 2 cups Sourdough Croutons, smashed into large breadcrumbs
- Grated Parmesan
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions
Caesar Dressing
- Whisk together ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Salad
- Toss all ingredients together with dressing.
- Season salad with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Finish with grated parmesan.
