Oven-Baked Spiced Potato Wedges

Oven-Baked Spiced Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 4 Gold or Yukon Potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 TB Chili Powder
  • 1 TB Kosher Salt, plus more
  • 1 TB Garlic Powder
  • 1 TB Onion Powder
  • 1 TB Paprika
  • 1/2 TB Ground Black Pepper
  • Avocado Oil

Instructions

  1. Soak potato wedges in water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oven to 425F.
  3. Dry off wedges and toss with spice mix and avocado oil.
  4. Spread onto a tin foil lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Finish with more salt.
