Oven-Baked Spiced Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 4 Gold or Yukon Potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 TB Chili Powder
- 1 TB Kosher Salt, plus more
- 1 TB Garlic Powder
- 1 TB Onion Powder
- 1 TB Paprika
- 1/2 TB Ground Black Pepper
- Avocado Oil
Instructions
- Soak potato wedges in water for about 20 minutes.
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Dry off wedges and toss with spice mix and avocado oil.
- Spread onto a tin foil lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Finish with more salt.
