Roasted Pesto Broccoli

Roasting broccoli with pesto sauce creates the perfect side dish everyone will crave.

Roasted Pesto Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pesto
  • 8 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/4 cup Pine Nuts, toasted
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Chopped Basil
  • Kosher Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Toss broccoli with pesto and lemon.
  3. Spread onto a tin foil lined baking sheet and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Roast for about 10 minutes.
  5. Top with pine nuts, grated parmesan and basil.
